  • Lengths – 83 in, 85 in, 95 in and 120 in. (79-in. lengths offered in some models). Custom lengths available.
  • Standard duty [SD] – medium-frequency doors up to 200 lbs.
  • Heavy duty [HD] – high-frequency or heavy medium-frequency doors up to 450 lbs. without door/frame reinforcements (up to 600 lbs. with Rivnuts).
  • Heavy duty [LL] – includes additional fastener holes for doors up to 1,000 lbs., including most lead-lined doors
  • Standard anodized (after machining) colors – clear, bronze and black on some models (custom anodized and paint colors available, including bone white gear caps.)
  • Fire rating – Patented 3-hr. UL rating available without fire pins or studs (UL10B, UL10C and UBC 7.2 [1997])

SELECT pin & barrel continuous hinges

SELECT pin & barrel continuous hinges offer the classic look of stainless steel for special applications (carbon steel and aluminum also available). And because they are continuous hinges, they outperform most entrance components by distributing door weight along the full length of the doorframe.

  • Lengths – 79 in, 83 in, 85 in, 95 in and 119 in. Custom lengths available.
  • Duty – high-frequency or heavy medium-frequency doors up to 600 lbs. (4 ft. maximum door width)
  • Standard finishes – US32D satin for stainless, gray powder coat for carbon steel and bright dipped anodized for aluminum. Custom finishes include painted and polished.
  • Fire rating – 3-hr. UL rating without extra parts to buy or install UL 10C positive pressure (UBC 7.2). No rating on SL402.
  • Adjusta-Screw™ fasteners – available to correct frame fit variances up to 3/8". Righthand threads for wood doors; lefthand for metal doors.
