Hinges are manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminum alloy with thermoplastic polyester bearings. Length Hinge lengths available in 83", 85", 95", and 120" (excluding Toilet Partition hinges). SELECT hinges are normally 1" shorter than actual opening height. The SL60 and SL62 Toilet Partition hinges are available in 57". Custom lengths available. Load/Frequency Rating For 1-3/4" doors except where noted. 48" max. door width in 16 gauge hollow metal (min.) or 1/8" aluminum (min.). Frequency of use and door weight determine the hinge duty needed. SELECT Geared Continuous Hinge model numbers indicate appropriate hinge duty.

SL402 toilet partitionHinges are manufactured from extruded aluminum 6463-T5 alloy with self-lubricating nylon bearings, 1/4" 303 stainless steel self-closing pin assembly and removable roll pin for spring loaded adjustment. Exterior barrel diameter .515 (1/2"), material thickness less than .125" and material weight no less than 1.5 lbs. per foot. Adjustable, tamper resistant Torx™ head end caps. Additional notesConventional overhead surface or concealed sliding overhead or floor closers may be used with SELECT hinges. Pivot-type floor closers (with fixed, conflicting center pivot) must be replaced. All uncut SELECT geared continuous hinges are non-handed. Use same model for both right- and left-hand openings. The SL11, SL21, SL27, SL38, SL40, SL57 and SL60/62 remain unhanded after cutting. For all other models: After cutting, the handed hinge must be installed with the cut end on the bottom. Pin and barrel continuous hinges should not be cut in the field.
